For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise. c. To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the Content Standards (defined below) set out in these Terms. d. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.

  1. Content Standards You may not use our services to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that:

a. Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; b. Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person; c. Contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information; d. Contains advertisements, solicitations of business, or any other commercial content; e. Contains any personal information of any other person, such as phone numbers, addresses, social security numbers, or financial information.

Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations of Liability We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services, the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content, or the materials or products included on our platform. You expressly agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
  2.
